Looking through the site, I found the help section on configuring the module and it worked perfectly.

Here's my working template:

<a href="/Forums/Default.aspx?tabid=56&forumid=-1&threadid=[THREADID]&scope=posts">[SUBJECT]</a><br />
<div style="margin-left:10px;"> By [DISPLAYNAME] on  [UPDATEDDATE]</div>

I think setting the forumid to "-1" aggregates posts different forums.
